By downloading, installing, or using Facyl, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Facyl provides field service management software. You may use our services for lawful business purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into Facyl. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content.
Paid features are billed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies.
You may not use Facyl to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit malware or harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with other users' access to the service.
Facyl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Facyl at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Facyl after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
