Open the Facyl app and tap 'Forgot Password' on the login screen to reset your password.
Reset your client portal password
Reset Client Password →Contact support to update email, phone, or billing info
Email Support →Tap the + button on the Clients tab, fill in their details, and save. You can add service addresses, contact info, and notes.
After completing a visit, tap 'Create Invoice'. Review the details and tap 'Send' to email or text it to your client.
Employees only see their assigned jobs by default. Owners and managers can see everything.
Yes! Facyl stores data locally and syncs when you're back online. You can log visits, take photos, and more without internet.
Go to Settings → Payments to connect your Stripe account. Clients can then pay invoices online with a credit card or set up automatic payments.
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login screen, or visit our password reset page. For client portal password resets, use the client portal reset link.
Clients receive an email invitation with login instructions after their first service. They can view invoices, service history, and make payments.
Clients can opt into autopay from their portal. After each service, invoices are automatically paid using their saved payment method. They can disable this anytime.
